The team returned to Accra in the early hours of Thursday morning after a gallant performance against the Central African Republic in Morocco.
Ghana defeated the Central African Republic 5-0 to ensure they have at least a foot in the World Cup in North America.
The Black Stars need to avoid an 8-0 loss to Comoros to secure their place at the tournament.
Meanwhile, Otto Addo will lead the team for preparation ahead of Sunday's game later on Thursday, as the players shake off the exertions from Wednesday's game.
The Black Stars will be hoping to end the qualifiers on a bright note as they seek revenge against Comoros, who have in recent times being a torn in the flesh of the West Africans. Ghana's only defeat in the qualifiers was against Comoros in Moroni.
