
The President of Victory Club Warriors, Kuuku Bartels, has been retained as Chairman of the U19 Boys Management Committee, reaffirming the commitment to continuity and experienced leadership in Ghana’s youth football development.
Bartels, founder and president of Wenchi-based Division One League side Victory Club Warriors, brings years of administrative experience and a reputation for proactive management to the role. His leadership has been key in driving youth football initiatives and supporting the growth of young talent across the country.
He will be assisted by Enoch Agyare Addo, Administrative Manager of Dreams FC, who has been named Vice Chairman. Agyare Addo is widely respected in football circles for his managerial skills and strong dedication to youth development.
Other members of the committee include Kwadwo Ohene, Haruna Suale, and Zulyadaini Bawa. Suale currently serves as Team Manager of Steadfast FC, while Bawa is the President of Techiman Liberty FC.
The U19 Boys Management Committee is central to identifying, nurturing, and managing emerging talent, while also overseeing competitions and development programs at the U19 level, in line with the GFA’s broader vision for youth football.
