
Nations FC captain Razak Simpson has assured the club fans of victory ahead of their Ghana Premier League clash against Samartex 1996.
In a high-stake clash on Sunday, the Abrankese-based club will play host to the former Premier League champions in a matchday three clash, to be held at the Dr Kwame Sports Complex.
Nations FC head into the game on the back of a narrow defeat against Aduana FC, while Samartex aim to break their winless run this season.
However, the Black Stars defender has assured the club fans of their determination to snatch victory over their opponent.
“We are looking forward to the forthcoming game against Samartex after defeat Aduana FC defeat. Surely, we will secure the three maximum points,” Razak Simpson told the club’s media.
“We will just focus on what we did at Aduana Stars and I think our coaches have watched our clips and we will do all the corrections before the Samartex clash. We are going to win for sure.”
Nations FC are currently sixth on the league standings with three points, while Samartex occupies 11th position with two points following a back-to-back draws.
