Ghanaian youngster Clement Ansah has completed a move to Slovakian top-flight side FC DAC 1904 Dunajska Streda ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
The former Bofoakwa Tano midfielder signed a two-year deal with the Yellow and Blue outfit, with an option to extend for a further year, following the expiration of his contract with North Macedonian club KF Shkupi.
Ansah, 20, is regarded as one of Ghana’s promising central midfield enforcers, having risen to prominence during his stint with Bofoakwa.
He played a vital role in helping the Sunyani-based club secure promotion to the Ghana Premier League in the 2023/24 season, where he featured in 13 matches and contributed one assist.
Following Bofoakwa’s relegation, Ansah sought opportunities abroad, sealing a transfer to KF Shkupi in November 2024.
He was briefly loaned to Turkish second-tier outfit Corum FK but returned to his parent club, where he went on to establish himself as a key performer.
In 27 appearances in the Macedonian First Football League, he netted twice and registered four assists.
Despite his consistent displays in club football, Ansah has yet to represent Ghana at any level.
His latest move to Slovakia provides a bigger platform to showcase his talent and potentially earn a national team call-up.
FC DAC 1904 will be hoping the Ghanaian midfielder adds dynamism and creativity to their engine room as they aim to challenge for honours in the Fortuna Liga this season.
