â??Our game plan workedâ?? â?? Kotoko coach Prosper Ogum insists after stalemate with Samartex
The head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prosper Narteh Ogum has expressed his satisfaction with the overall performance of his team in the game against FC Samartex.The gaffer and his team played away to the Ghana Premier League defending champions on Saturday, March 16.At the end of a pulsating encounter, both teams settled for a point after a 1-1 stalemate.Speaking in his post-match interview, Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum said he believes the fixture lived up to expectations, adding that his teams game plan worked on the matchday.I think it was a beautiful game. If you look at the fixture, I think its one of the top liners [this weekend]. I think it has lived up to the bill. Both teams tried to play constructively, which was very good.We made sure we dont allow them to carry the ball forward. I think our game plan worked for us. My team did well, coach Prosper Narteh Ogum said.Despite losing two points in the draw against FC Samartex, Asante Kotoko remains top of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League table.
