Sannie Daara rejects corruption claims against GFA

That is not true, he said on Atinka FMs Legend Sports Show with Justice Adusi-Poku.Currently a Senior Media Officer at the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Sannie Daara emphasized the need for greater transparency regarding the GFAs financial dealings.The GFA is a private entity, not a government institution. The only time the government collaborates with the GFA is for international competitions involving national teams, he clarified.Addressing allegations from King Faisal FC owner Alhaji Grusah who claimed the GFA demanded 50% of his $100,000 honorarium from the 2022 World Cup Sannie Daara explained that funds were redistributed to essential staff.There were other staff members who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, including Henry Asante Twum and Alex Asante. They also deserved compensation for their efforts, he noted.
