Sometimes we have wrong people in the right positions - Anthony Baffoe on management of sports facilities

Former Ghana international Anthony Baffoe has lamented the poor management of sports facilities in Ghana, attributing the problem to the appointment of unqualified personnel to critical roles.Baffoe emphasised that assigning experts to key positions is crucial for driving development in the sports sector.It's important to get experts [for our various stadia]. A carpenter or painter cannot be a groundskeeper.He stressed that having the right people in the right positions is essential for effective management.
