Fatawu Issahaku has called on Ghanaians to rally behind the Black Stars ahead of their 2026 World Cup qualifiers against Chad and Madagascar this month.
The 21-year-old Leicester City star will miss the games as he continues his recovery from an ACL injury but insists on the need for fan support to boost the teams chances.
We need your support and we are ready to fight for the nation as always, but we still need your support to get the victory and we hope to see you all in the stadium, Fatawu said.
Black Stars will host Chad at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday, March 21, before travelling to Morocco for their match against Madagascar three days later.
Ghana will be aiming to restore confidence after failing to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) and will look to secure vital points in their World Cup qualifying campaign.
