If the bus investigation is true, it is now criminality - Kudjoe Fianoo
[caption id=attachment_762393 align=alignnone width=595] Kudjoe Fianoo[/caption]Kudjoe Fianoo, Chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), has expressed serious concerns following allegations reported by the Crusading Guide that the Ghana Football Association (GFA) falsified documents to misrepresent the age of nine buses purchased for Division One clubs. The report claims that the GFA acquired 2009 model buses and altered their manufacturing dates to 2014 to evade taxes and avoid penalties associated with importing overage vehicles. If it is true that what Crusading Guide is saying that is they have falsified documents then it is criminality if it is criminality it must be taken up by so doing then they have short-changed the government. Because something over age and you falsify chassis number money the government had to get the government won't get it and that one is criminality, Fianoo stated in an interview with Peace FM, as monitored by Ghanasoccernet.com.He further reflected on his tenure with the GFA's Executive Committee, noting, I was on ExCo and we bought pickup for RFAs we started with pickups they were brand new pickups. Later we changed and bought Nissan pickups for them as I speak to you now some of the RFAs are still using them.Fianoo emphasized that while purchasing secondhand vehicles isn't inherently problematic, transparency and integrity in procurement processes are paramount. I have said it before if you buy a secondhand car it is not a bad thing the state of the car and also it is not your money, he added.
