Kweku Eyiah, a former Ebusua Dwarfs board member, has claimed that many people know the individual responsible for the fatal stabbing of Francis Yaw Frimpong, popularly known as Pooley.The passionate Asante Kotoko supporter was killed during a Ghana Premier League match between Asante Kotoko and Nsoatreman on February 2, 2025.The incident occurred amid chaotic scenes both on and off the field.Speaking on Asempa FM, Eyiah expressed confidence that the assailants identity is no mystery within the Nsoatre community.If youre involved in the team (Nsoatreman), you will know who did it. As for who did it and what the motive was, let us leave that to the police, he said.But more often than not, everybody knows the perpetrator. To save all of us, he should go and surrender to the police.The tragedy has ignited nationwide anger, with football fans and stakeholders demanding enhanced security at matches.The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has suspended the league as investigations continue.
