Tema United, John Paintsil FC dominate at midway point of Greater Accra Division Two League

The Greater Accra Regional Division Two League has reached its halfway mark, with Tema United and John Paintsil FC emerging as standout performers in their respective zones after an action-packed first round.Tema United have been in blistering form, leading Zone 1 with 34 points from 15 matches. The side has won 11 games and remained unbeaten since Match Day 4. Their attacking firepower has been evident, scoring 38 goals while conceding 17.In Zone 5, John Paintsil FC have matched that dominance, also amassing 34 points after 16 matches. They have netted 32 times and conceded just 11 goals. While an outstanding fixture between Star Makers FC and Yitshar FC remains, the result will not affect John Paintsil FCs position at the top of the table.Other clubs have also asserted their authority in their respective zones:

MSK Zilina Africa FC lead Zone 2 with 29 points and have an outstanding game. New Town Youth top Zone 3 with 33 points from 15 matches. Sporting Club Accra sit atop Zone 4, also with 33 points from 15 games.
