With the Ghana Premier League currently on hold, Hearts of Oak players are making sure they remain in top shape by maintaining a rigorous gym routine.
The 2024/25 season was suspended after Week 19, following a tragic incident during the Nsoatreman FC vs. Asante Kotoko match, where a violent altercation led to the fatal stabbing of a fan.
In response, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) halted the league to allow discussions with key stakeholders on the impact of the incident and measures to curb violence in the game.
Despite the unexpected break, Hearts of Oak are not allowing inactivity to set in. The team has been actively working out in the gym this week to ensure players maintain peak fitness ahead of the leagues resumption.
