Weve done an assessment, Ive met the National Youth Authority CEO and his deputies and Ive asked them to do an assessment of what needs to be done.Based on that (report) we will sit down with the Finance Ministry, sit down with the government and relevant agencies and also our donor partners to see how best they can best complete it. The centres are such that once they are all completed and put to use, it will go a long way to benefit young people.
