Antoine Semenyo eyes FA Cup glory as Bournemouth enjoy stellar season

(Photo by Chris Brunskill/Fantasista/Getty Images)[/caption]Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo believes winning this seasons Emirates FA Cup would be the perfect way to cap off AFC Bournemouths impressive season.The Cherries are currently seventh in the English Premier League and have advanced to the fifth round of the FA Cup after defeating Everton 2-0, with Semenyo getting on the scoresheet. Bournemouth will face Wolves in the next round in March.Semenyo converted a powerful penalty in the victory over Everton, a match that marked the final FA Cup tie at Goodison Park before Everton moves to their new stadium at the end of the season.Before their recent league defeat to Liverpool, Bournemouth had gone 11 games unbeaten in all competitions. Semenyo emphasized that lifting the FA Cup would be a fitting reward for their strong campaign.[The FA Cup] would be the cherry on top of the cake for us. We know were doing well this season. The manager finds [a cup run] very important, all of us as individuals find it important, he said.It [would] be lovely to reach a semifinal where were playing at Wembley, Semenyo added, according to ESPN.This is a dream of mine personally, and I think for the team, wed love to have a cup run and see how far we can go. We just have to wait and see.
