Black Princesses head coach Charles Sampson has outlined his long-term vision of assembling a formidable team capable of competing and winning on the international stage.Sampson, who took charge of the team last month, emphasized the need for a strong team culture, disciplined tactical structure, and a competitive mindset.Speaking to the GFAs official website, he expressed confidence in the talent at his disposal but acknowledged the need for improvement in key areas.Technically, I was amazed to see the sort of talent we have, he said.
