His professional career took off in Europe, and he joined Le Havre in 2023 from Danish club Odense Boldklub for a similar transfer fee. During his first season in France, Sabbi became a regular, making 33 appearances, netting five goals, and providing one assist. However, following the departure of head coach Luka Elsner in the summer, Sabbis role at Le Havre has changed. Under new manager Didier Digard, the winger has seen less playing time, primarily coming off the bench, and has yet to register a goal or assist in the current season. With the move to Vancouver, Sabbi is poised for a fresh challenge in Major League Soccer.
