The semi-finals of this season's UEFA Champions League took shape on Wednesday after Juventus and AS Monaco defeated respective quarter-final opponents Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund to advance in the competition.
Juve travelled to the Camp Nou and finished the work they started in Turin last week, drawing 0-0 to seal a 3-0 aggregate win, while Monaco trio Kylian Mbappe, Radamel Falcao and Valere Germain completed a 3-1 triumph.
They'll join Spanish powerhouses Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid in the last four. Los Blancos clinched a controversial 4-2 victory over Bayern Munich on Tuesday to book a 6-3 aggregate win, while Atleti's 1-1 draw at Leicester City was enough to build on their 1-0 victory in the first leg and progress.
Real are looking to become the first team in Champions League history to successfully defend the European crown, not to mention hunting their third continental triumph in the space of four seasons.
The draw for this season's semi-finals takes place at 11 a.m. BST (6 a.m. ET), per the official UEFA website, and we profile some of those teams still contesting this season's Champions League title.
