IT Consortium supports Foster Home Orphanage through Chango platform

The Finance and Human Resources (HR) Departments of IT Consortium have extended a heartfelt gesture of support to the Foster Home Orphanage in Adenta-Frafraha, reaffirming the company’s unwavering commitment to social impact and community development.

The donation was mobilised entirely through Chango, IT Consortium’s innovative digital crowdfunding and group contribution platform.

This initiative highlights the power of technology in enabling collective giving and driving positive change.

Spearheaded by team members from both departments, the effort was inspired by the needs of children at the orphanage. Staff pooled resources via Chango to provide essential items — including food supplies and personal care products — and spent time with the children, sharing words of encouragement and hope for a brighter future.

During the visit, the orphanage staff shared the history of the facility — its challenges, triumphs, and ongoing mission to care for dozens of vulnerable children, many of whom have been supported from childhood through tertiary education. Their work, driven by limited resources and limitless compassion, left a lasting impression on the visiting team.
