The National Service Authority (NSA) has released Personal Identification Number (PIN) codes for 18,011 trained nurses and midwives ahead of their mandatory national service for the 2025/2026 service year.
In a statement issued on Thursday, April 17, 2025, the Authority announced that eligible personnel can access their PIN codes via the official NSA website using their student ID numbers and date of birth.
This marks the beginning of the enrollment process for newly qualified nurses and midwives across the country.
As part of the registration requirements, applicants must pay a fee of GH¢40 at any ADB Bank branch or GH¢41 via MTN Mobile Money to complete their enrollment. Registration opened immediately following the announcement and is scheduled to close on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
The NSA urged all eligible individuals to complete the process within the stipulated time to avoid being left out of this year’s deployment.

Director-General of the NSA, Felix Gyamfi, assured the public of the Authority’s commitment to ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for all prospective service personnel.
The National Service Scheme (NSS), established in 1973, continues to play a crucial role in national development by deploying Ghanaian graduates across various sectors of the economy and promoting civic responsibility among the youth.
