As a member of the Riverside High School varsity team in Leesburg, Virginia, Bayley has been hitting home runs both on and off the field.
Bayley’s softball journey began when she joined the Virginia Glory organization four years ago. Since then, she has been a force to be reckoned with, leading her junior varsity team in hits, batting average, and runs batted in during her freshman year.
Her impressive performance earned her a spot on the varsity team, which went on to win the Virginia State Championship.
In 2024, Bayley’s hard work paid off when she was named a Select30 athlete for the High School AA Group by the USSSA.
This prestigious recognition is a testament to her exceptional skills and dedication to the sport. The Select30 National Training Camp is the most elite level event for individual athletes in USSSA Fastpitch Softball, and Bayley is thrilled to be a part of it.
Bayley’s love for softball extends beyond her own success. She is passionate about giving back to the sport by providing coaching and instruction to younger players.
Bayley’s clinic in Ghana aims to create a supportive environment where young girls can challenge themselves, build friendships, and realize their potential both on and off the field.
She believes that softball can be a powerful tool for empowerment, teaching girls valuable life skills such as determination, leadership, and a passion for physical activity.
