
The roads minister has ordered an immediate investigation into the rapid deterioration of sections of the newly reconstructed 66km Tarkwa-Agona Nkwanta Road.
The 95 million euros project which completed less than a year ago has seen significant portions of the asphalted road ratting.
The contractors are absolving themselves from blame attributing it actives of heavy duty vehicles whose axles have been tempered with.
