
The Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng on Monday, 10 March 2025 paid a visit to the new leadership of Economic and OrganisedCrimes Office (EOCO).
The visit was to strengthen inter-agency collaboration including intelligence and investigations in the fight against corruption and economic and organised crimes.
Mr Kissi Agyebeng was accompanied by the OSP’s Director for investigations, Emmanuel Basintale, while the EOCO leadership team included the Acting Executive Director, Abdulai Bashiru Dapilah, the Deputy Executive Director, Raymond Archer, Deputy Director in charge of Intelligence and Monitoring, Aba Jacqueline Opoku, and the technical assistant to the management, Ben Ndego.
As part of efforts to reinforce collaboration in the fight against corruption and financial crimes, the Special Prosecutor also reached out to the new leadership of the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC).
His visit to the FIC was accompanied by the OSP’s Director for Asset Recovery and Management, AlbertAkurugu, and was received by the new CEO of FIC, Albert Kwadwo Twum Boafo, along with the Deputy Manager for Compliance, Sean Henry Osei, and Legal Executive, Angela Kafui Attakpahh.
