On February 14, 2025, she launched the “Sweet Smiles Initiative” to commemorate Ghana’s National Chocolate Day, highlighting the importance of climate action in preserving the country’s cocoa industry.
The event, held at Khariyyah Islamic Basic School and Osu Salem Road JHS, centered on sustainability and the protection of Ghana’s cocoa trees.
With the support of Future Leaders Model United Nations, AT, Yes She Can Foundation, and Vision Recycling, the initiative provided students with interactive recycling and upcycling training, promoting innovation and environmental consciousness.
Queen Titiaka emphasized a powerful message: the future of Ghana’s cocoa production is directly tied to the preservation of its environment.
During her interactive sessions, Queen Titiaka educated students on climate change, highlighting the dangers of deforestation, pollution, and unsustainable farming on Ghana’s cocoa industry.
She urged them to actively participate in tree planting, waste management, and sustainable agriculture to help combat these challenges. A key moment of the event was the recycling and upcycling training, where students transformed waste materials into useful items, promoting creativity and environmental responsibility.

On January 1, 2025, she organized the New Year Feast at Rising Star Orphanage in Dodowa, where she provided essential supplies, educational materials, and mentorship, while also raising awareness about climate change.
In mid-January, she led the Basic School Climate Action Engagement Tour in the Savannah Region, engaging students in climate change mitigation, tree planting, waste reduction, and sustainable resource management.
