The draw for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations has been held.
The event was held at the Theatre Mohammed V in Rabat, Morocco.
Helped by former African stars like Nigeria’s Joseph Yobo and La Cote d’Ivoire’s Serge Aurier, the ceremony saw the groups for the December/January edition of the Cup of Nations settled.
Sudan, who qualified at the expense of the Black Stars, were drawn in Group E alongside Algeria, Burkina Faso and Equatorial Guinea.
Angola, who qualified alongside Sudan, were also drawn in Group B.
The Palancas Negras will play record champions Egypt, 1996 champions South Africa and Zimbabwe.
