The swearing-in ceremony of President Mahama’s six ministerial nominees approved by Parliament is taking place at the Jubilee House on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
The ministers to be sworn-in are; Minister for Education, Haruna Iddrisu, Minister for Finance, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, Minister for Energy and Green Transition, John Jinapor and Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Dr. Dominic Ayine.
The others are; Governs Kwame Agbodza, Roads and Highways Minister, Eric Opoku, Minister for Food and Agriculture.
The swearing-in ceremony was announced by the Presidency on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
The Appointments Committee continues its review of President John Dramani Mahama’s ministerial nominees as part of efforts to finalize appointments and strengthen governance in the new administration.
