President John Dramani Mahama has arrived in Banjul, The Gambia. The President is on a two-country visit to The Gambia and Senegal to thank the Heads of State of the two West African states for their participation in the Presidential inauguration ceremony on 7th January.
The visit is also in furtherance to President Mahama’s commitment to strengthening good relations with Ghana’s West African neighbours.
The president is expected to return home today, January 17 from Dakar, Senegal.
