She highlighted that true resilience is rooted in purpose, driving leaders to implement bold reforms and bring about meaningful change.
Dr. Siaw Agyepong cited inspiring figures like Jesus Christ, Nelson Mandela, Elon Musk, and Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as examples of purpose-driven leaders who have demonstrated remarkable resilience in overcoming adversity.
She encouraged the JGC leadership and staff to cultivate resilience in their respective fields, drawing strength and guidance from their faith and personal experiences. Dr. Siaw Agyepong shared personal anecdotes, recounting the challenges she and her husband, Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, Executive Chairman of JGC, faced even before their marriage, emphasizing the importance of perseverance.
