The Head of Communication of the office of the Speaker of Ghana’s Parliament, Peter Bamfo, has been unanimously elected as the Secretary of the Legislators’ International Network for Collaborative Solutions (LINCS) at the National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) annual business meeting.
The NCSL was established in 1975 by state legislators and legislative staff and serves America’s 50 states, commonwealths, territories and the District of Columbia.
The election took place on October 21 at the NCSL headquarters in Denver, Colorado, USA.
This landmark decision makes Mr. Bamfo the first International Secretary of the Conference, signaling a significant milestone in fostering international collaboration among legislators.
With his background in communication and experience of parliamentary affairs, Mr. Bamfo brings a wealth of experience and unique perspective to the role.
