
One of the victims of the fatal accident at East Legon, Justine Agbenu has been laid to rest on October 23, 2024.
Families, friends and loved ones gathered at the at Christ The King Parish to bid farewell to Justine. Attorney General and Minister for Justice, Godfred Dame was also present at the farewell service.
The bereaved members of the family and sympathisers could not hold back their tears as the remains of Justine was carried away for burial.
The tragic accident occurred on October 12, 2024, when a 16-year-old boy drove a Jaguar SUV and ran into a Honda Acura vehicle carrying the victims.
The two victims who lost their lives were Maame Dwomoh Boaten and Justine Agbenu.
The parents of the 16-year-old , Bishop Salifu Amoako and Mouha Amoako, along with Linda Bempah, a sales assistant, were arrested and charged with permitting an unlicensed person to drive.
