Ghana’s Black Stars opened camp at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday ahead of the team’s double Africa Cup of Nations qualifying header against Angola and Niger.
Ghana take on Angola on September 5 at the Baba Yara sports stadium, before emplaning to face Niger on September 9 in Morocco.
Ten players out of head coach Otto Addo’s 23-man squad partook in Monday’s open training session at the Accra Sports Stadium, as the technical team looked to build the sharpness of the players.
Eight outfield players, including Thomas Partey, Antoine Semenyo, Tariq Lamptey, Ebenezer Annan, Jonas Adjetey, Ibrahim Osman, Fatawu Issahaku and Brandon Thomas Asante, were put through their paces in a light drill session.

Goalkeepers Fredrick Asare and Jojo Wollacott made the full complement of the 10 players, with the arrival of a chunk of the squad expected imminently.
The team will fly out to Kumasi on Tuesday, as they step up preparations for the 2025 AFCON qualifiers.
