The Ofaakor Circuit Court in the Awutu Senya East District of the Central Region has remanded Comedian and actor Funny Face into police custody for two weeks.
The comedian, born Benson Nana Yaw Oduro, was arrested on the evening of Sunday, March 24 after he knocked down five people including a mother and her children after a vehicular accident at Kakraba, in Kasoa.
The actor was subsequently put before the court on Tuesday, March 26 and appeared on charges of drunk driving and careless driving.

He will be in police custody for the next two weeks until his next court appearance.
This comes after the actor was involved in an accident in Kakraba, Kasoa in the Central Region.
So far the victims have been receiving treatment at various hospitals with no death recorded.
Eye witnesses at the incident scene alleged that Funny Face was driving under the influence of alcohol which may have led to him knocking down the victims.
