An Accra High Court has dismissed the application filed by Assin North Member of Parliament James Gyakye Quayson seeking to halt the daily trial.
The application was missed on Tuesday, July 11.
TV3’s Laud Au Asare who was in court reported that “His lawyers to file a same motion at the Court of Appeal.”
