Vision FC racked up a 2-0 win over visiting Young Apostles at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex on Sunday, May 18, 2025.
Two late goals in the second half secured an important victory which moved them to 14th in the league standings on 36 points.
The first half ended goalless, but Edmond Asante opened the scoring from the spot on 83 minutes and Kyei Baffour netted Vision’s second five minutes later.
The premier league debutants may not be entirely out of trouble but they can pick some positives from their second half performance.
Apostles wilted under pressure and will not be pleased with how they conceded two goals late in the game.
They drop to 13th position in the league standings, only a point richer than their hosts, after the defeat.
Vision FC are next in action away to Karela United while Young Apostles will host title contenders, Heart of Lions.
