Asante Kotoko have stepped up preparations for their Super Clash against Hearts of Oak in the Ghana Premier League this weekend.
Speaking in a pre-match interview, interim coach for the Porcupine Warriors, Prince Owusu, assured supporters that the team is determined to work hard to ensure victory against the Phobians.
According to him, it is important to return to winning ways to make amends for the MTN FA Cup heartbreak from last weekend and also close the gap on the Ghana Premier League table.
“I think we are ready. We have started training today to face Hearts of Oak. In the last game we played, we didn’t have our way. Things didn’t go well for us. We have to make amendments, and we are ready to work hard this week so that we can close up the gap and get the win from Hearts of Oak,” Coach Prince Owusu told AKSC Media.
