Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have parted ways with defender Joseph Ablorh.
The 27-year-old leaves the club despite having six months remaining on his contract.
The club failed to disclose the reason for ending his deal, but stated it is in the best interest of both parties.
"Asante Kotoko SC and defender Joseph Ablorh have parted ways with immediate effect. The club has taken this decision in the best interest of the club. We wish him well elsewhere," the club wrote on social media.
Ablorh joined the Porcupine Warriors in 2024 after leaving Guinean club Hafia FC.
He was part of the team that won the FA Cup last season and played a role in their Africa adventure this season.
In the Ghana Premier League this season, he made nine appearances for the Reds.
