Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon has heaped praise on his players for their solid 2-0 victory against FC Samartex in the Ghana Premier League over the weekend.
The Still Believe lads showed impressive fighting spirit on Sunday to overcome their Week 8 opponent of the ongoing 2025/26 Ghanaian top-flight league campaign at Tuba AstroTurf.
Reflecting on the result in an interview with Dreams FC TV on Monday, Winfred Dormon expressed his satisfaction with the win, commending his players for a good performance on the matchday.
“I think generally it was a decent performance. The result was appreciated. We scored a goal in either half, but I have to admit we have many things to correct. Overall, it was a good performance, a good result, but we still have a lot to do,” the Dreams FC coach said.
Following the 2-0 win against FC Samartex, Dreams FC have climbed out of the relegation zone.
However, with just one point separating Coach Dormon’s side and the teams in the red zone, they will need to win their next match against Karela United to move further away to safety.
