Former Ghana FA Communications Director and Kowa Naso owner Ibrahim Sannie Daara has expressed delight after his young defender Huseini Nakoha made his senior debut for Spanish side Levante.
The 19-year-old centre-back featured in Levante’s thrilling 4-3 Copa del Rey win over Orihuela on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
Nakoha entered the game in the 65th minute, replacing Goduine Koyalipou, and impressed as Levante fought to secure qualification for the Round of 32.
“Delighted that my talented defender Huseini Nakoha made his debut for the first team of Spanish club Levante last night,” Sannie Daara wrote on X.
Nakoha’s assured display drew praise from fans and analysts, who noted his calmness under pressure and ability to read the game effectively.
Despite the intensity of the contest, he settled quickly and contributed defensively and in buildup play.
The milestone marks another proud moment for Sannie Daara, whose Kowa Naso side, based in Accra’s Division Two League, has produced a number of promising prospects in recent years.
Nakoha joined Atlético Levante UD, the club’s reserve side, in July 2025 on a contract running until June 2027, after earlier stints at CF Trival Valderas B and Levante U19.
