New head coach of Nations FC, Frimpong Manso, has reacted to his first match in charge of the team against Bechem United in the Ghana Premier League.
Despite only taking charge of the team a few days ago, the former Gold Stars gaffer managed to prepare his side to hold the Hunters to a goalless draw in their Week 8 clash on Friday.
Speaking in his post-match interview, Frimpong Manso described the draw as a good beginning for his stint with his new club.
He assured supporters that the team will work hard to win their next Ghana Premier League match against Hohoe United.
“We are going back home. Against Hohoe, it won’t be easy. Now you can’t underrate any team. We will work hard for that game, but for me, I believe it’s a very good beginning for me,” Frimpong Manso said.
The Week 9 fixture between Nations FC and Bechem United is scheduled for Sunday, November 9.
The match will kick off at 3 pm at Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex.
