
Born on April 25, 2005, Ernest Mohammed is fast emerging as one of Ghana’s most promising young goalkeepers. Standing tall with confidence and commanding presence, the former Living Dreams Academy shot-stopper has grown into a formidable force for Nairobi United in Kenya where his performances have turned heads across the continent.
Just last season, Ernest featured in 18 league matches, impressively keeping 10 clean sheets and earning four Man of the Match awards which is a testament to his consistency, reflexes, and leadership from the back.
His heroics continued in the Cup competition, where he played six matches, kept four clean sheets, and was named Man of the Match on three occasions. His brilliance between the sticks ultimately earned him the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award for the entire tournament and his team emerging as champions, thereby qualifying them to the 2025/2026 CAF Confederations Cup .
