Medeama winger Kelvin Nkrumah was crowned Man of the Match after inspiring the club to a 4-0 victory over Vision FC in Tarkwa on Friday in the Ghana Premier League.
Although he did not get on the scoresheet, Nkrumah’s tireless running, creativity, and link-up play were central to Medeama’s dominance at the TnA Stadium. The attacker consistently stretched Vision’s defence with his movement.
Nkrumah’s performance epitomised Medeama’s attacking intent, as they registered 16 shots with 10 on target, while the visitors failed to produce a single effort on goal.
The forward’s display has already made him a fan favourite this season, with his energy and direct play drawing loud cheers from the home supporters.
With two wins from two and a perfect defensive record, Medeama remain top of the table and full of confidence ahead of their clash with Karela United.
For Nkrumah, the award caps a fine evening and reinforces his growing influence in the Yellow and Mauves’ attacking setup.
