Bechem United coach Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway is geared up for the opening fixture of the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League season against Bibiani Gold Stars.

The Hunters will take on the defending champions on Saturday, September 13, in what should be a difficult match.

For coach Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway, this will be a normal game for his side and comes with no pressure at all.

“We have done a lot, and I believe in my boys. They are going to perform..I’m not under pressure. I’ve been in the game, I’ve played this game, and I’m now a coach. I’ve gone through so many things, so this is not new to me. I see it as a normal game and we are going to perform,” coach Stephen Desmond-Issah Botchway told Bechem United TV.

The clash between Bibiani Gold Stars and Bechem United is scheduled to kick off at 3 pm at Duns Park.

Both teams will be fighting for the three points to begin the new league campaign on a positive note.
