Defender Nana Kwame Boakye has expressed excitement after completing his move to Norwegian giants SK Brann in the summer transfer window.
The Ghana U20 player signed a four-year deal to join Brann from Moldovan outfit Sheriff Tiraspol.
Boakye could make his debut for Brann against Kristiansund on Sunday after arriving in Norway this week.
"I am very happy to be here, and I am really looking forward to getting started. I have got a very good impression of Brann after talking to people at the club, and I think I can develop a lot playing here," he told the club's official website.
Meanwhile, SK Brann's Sports Director Per-Ove Ludvigsen believes Boakye's experience will be a huge boost to the club.
"Nana is a young and exciting centre-back, who despite his young age has experience from playing in the top division in Moldova. He has also played matches in Europe against very good opposition. With him we get an exciting boy with great potential," he said.
