Black Stars Management Committee member Dr Richard Nsenkyire says the team's focus is to qualify for the 2026 World Cup.
The senior national team will regroup next month for the Matchday 7 and 8 games of the qualifiers.
Ghana will take on Chad at the Stade Olympique Maréchal Idriss Déby Itno on Thursday, September 4, before returning home to face Mali at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday, September 8.
With four matches left to end the qualifiers, Dr Nsenkyire insists that the focus of the team is to secure a fifth qualification for the Mundial, which will be co-hosted by the USA, Canada and Mexico.
"We are expecting that we will qualify for the 2026 World Cup, and that is our focus," he told Asempa FM.
Ghana currently leads Group I with 15 points from six matches, three ahead of Comoros and five clear of Madagascar, as they pursue a fifth FIFA World Cup appearance.
Coach Otto Addo is set to open camp in Accra on Monday, September 1, as the Black Stars prepare for the crucial fixtures.
Meanwhile, the Black Stars will wrap up their qualifiers against Comoros and Central African Republic in October.
