
Bechem United have completed the signing of experienced defender Emmanuel Ampiah ahead of the start of the 2025/26 season.
The former Enyimba FC and Rivers United played signed a two-year deal to join the Hunters in the transfer window.
Ampiah arrives with enormous experience and leadership which is seen as a huge boost for the young Bechem United side.
"We are thrilled to welcome EMMANUEL AMPIAH, the experienced left back to the Hunters’ family! Ampiah has signed a two-year deal with us and is ready to bring his grit, stability and top-flight experience to the backline in the upcoming seasons," wrote the club confirming his signing.
Ampiah becomes the club's sixth signing of the window, joining Abdul Basit Mohammed, Frank Promise, Dennis Votere, Aminu Mohammed and Frank Amankwah.
The former FA Cup winners are currently preparing ahead of the new season under the leadership of new coach Stephen Desmond Issah Botchway.
The Hunters begin their season with a game against champions Bibiani GoldStars.
