Ghana international Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has promised to continue giving his best to Leicester City after netting the winner for the team in their 1-0 victory against Charlton Athletic last weekend.
The youngster, after making a full recovery from his ACL injury, has already established himself as a key man for the Foxes, just three matches into the new English Championship season.
Speaking ahead of Leicester City’s next match in the Championship against Birmingham City, Issahaku commended the team’s fans for their support in the last game.
He urged the fans to keep cheering the team on, assuring them that he would also work with his teammates to give their best to the team.
“I enjoyed the atmosphere from the fans. We want to see more, and we will give more energy every time,” the Ghana forward said as quoted by Leicester City.
The upcoming match between Leicester City and Birmingham will be played on Friday, August 29, and will kick off at 7 pm at the King Power Stadium.
