Bibiani Gold Stars coach Frimpong Manso believes his side faces another difficult test as they prepare for their second game of the GHALCA Top 4 against Accra Hearts of Oak.
Gold Stars began the competition with a hard-fought 2-1 win over FA Cup champions Asante Kotoko at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium on Wednesday night. Kotoko took the lead through Albert Amoah, but Samuel Attah Kumi equalized from the spot before halftime.
In the second half, a costly back pass from Henry Ansu ended in an own goal, handing Gold Stars the victory.
"Our next game is against Hearts of Oak, yes, we are expecting another tough match now they are also trying to get a good squad," he told Bibiani Gold Stars Communications.
"That is the preparation they are making it tells you that it is also going to be a difficult game. But for us all the games will toughen us going forward,"
