
Black Queens attacking midfielder Chantelle Boye-Hlorkah has resumed pre-season with Women's Super League side Nottingham Forest days after inking a deal to join the club.
Boye-Hlorkah, who excelled at the CAF Women's Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, signed a two-year deal to join the Reds from London City Lionesses in the summer transfer window.
Despite having a short break due to international assignment, the 29-year-old joined her new teammates to begin preparations ahead of the upcoming campaign in the women's topflight league in England.
The England-born Ghanaian shared her excitement following the move and looks forward to make her debut for the club.
“I’m excited to join the Club and play with this group of players," she said.
“The team had an incredible season last year â history is being created here and I’m grateful that I can be a part of continuing to build something special at the Club.”
Boye-Hlorkah could make her debut for Nottingham Forest against Newcastle United in the opening game of the campaign on September 7, 2025.
