Five Ghanaian clubs join TransferRoom to unlock Global football opportunities

In a bold and transformative step for Ghanaian football, five clubs have joined TransferRoom - the world’s leading football marketplace - to elevate their player trading strategies and expand their international reach.

Through TransferRoom, they can present their players directly to top-level decision-makers, bypassing the traditional scouting and intermediary bottlenecks that have long restricted African footballers’ pathways to international stages.

Mark Addo, President of Koforidua Semper Fi and Vice President of the Ghana Football Association, believes this new frontier is transformative:

Echoing Addo’s optimism, Dreams FC General Manager Ameenu Shardow emphasised how TransferRoom aligns with his club’s developmental model.

After a memorable campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup, Dreams are eager to translate their success into international player movement.

The results are already promising. Semper Fi have seen a surge in interest from international agents and facilitated transfers like Emmanuel Mensah’s recent move to Norway’s Sogndal IL.

“Before TransferRoom, we moved four players in three years. Now, in a few months, we've seen serious agency interest in several of our players,” Addo noted.
