2024 WAFCON: Black Queens hold final training session to finalise preparations for Mali game on Friday
The Black Queens of Ghana held a final training session on Thursday ahead of their crucial encounter against Mali in the 2024 CAF Womens Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).The Queens will take on their counterparts from Mali on Friday in their second Group C match at the tournament.In their first match at the tournament, the Black Queens suffered a 2-0 defeat to defending champions South Africa in what was a very difficult game.Since the defeat on Monday, the team led by coach Kim Lars Bjorkegren has been training to improve before the next game.
