DUNK, a vibrant community space dedicated to empowering youth through sports, arts, education, and mentorship, is poised to launch its newly renovated Agege Street Hub in late July in Dansoman.
This initiative was made possible through the support of partners and donors, including the KGL FOUNDATION.
The partnership highlights DUNK’s commitment to provide safe, inclusive, and creative spaces where young people can thrive.
As part of reinforcing its identity and honouring key contributors to its journey, the renovated Hub will enhance a series of newly named spaces, each rich in meaning and purpose:

- Studio-Khaled(office/podcast production room): Named in honour of the co-founder of DUNK, in recognition of his dedaces of unwavering commitment to sports, culture and youth development in Ghana.
- Dance Studio: A continued space for artistic expression, movement, and community rhythm.
- Chill-Zone: An open area near the garden, envisioned as a future community—a place to relax, connect, and nourish body and mind.
“This transformation is about more than facilities—it’s about identity, memory, and future-making,” said Bismark Voegborlo, Relations Manager at DUNK.
“The Agege Street Hub stands as a symbol of community resilience, youth leadership, and shared vision.”
The launch will feature youth-led tours, basketball games, dance performances, video recordings, and interactive sessions across the newly revitalized spaces.
